Tania Henriquez is passionate about people, growing teams, and sowing their dreams. 

Tania joined RPIA in 2017 as Manager, Internal Operations, and has since contributed to enhancing and implementing internal administrative processes and building a strong group of support personnel for the firm's daily operations.

Tania brings with her a breadth of experience all borne out of her creative and business-oriented nature. From her early career as a certified ballet teacher and dance studio owner to her 13-year tenure at CIBC in various client-facing and operational roles such as branch manager and project coordinator, she has always been passionate about the human aspect of the operation. Helping people is her number one motivator.

Tania is a mentor member of the GEM program and is the Chief Party Organizer for her daughter’s school dances.
