Independent Review Committee

In accordance with Canadian securities regulations, RPIA has established an Independent Review Committee (“IRC”) to help address potential conflicts of interest that may arise between RPIA and the funds it manages. Where appropriate and subject to applicable regulations, the IRC can provide advice, recommendations, decisions, and approvals to assist RPIA in ensuring that it conducts its activities as a registered Investment Fund Manager in a manner that places the interest of the funds and unitholders above its own. Pursuant to applicable regulations, the IRC’s mandate primarily applies to prospectus-based mutual funds but is also extended in a specified and limited capacity to the private pooled funds managed by RPIA.
