As Chief People Officer, Sara D’Elia oversees RPIA’s people and culture strategies to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic and productivity goals. Sara’s responsibilities include talent acquisition, development, and retention, fostering an inclusive work environment, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance. She is a member of RPIA’s Management Committee.
Sara is an accomplished leader with experience in global human resources and financial services. She is known for her ability to provide strategic guidance and support across various businesses. She has a rich professional background spanning Capital Markets, Wealth, and Canadian Banking. She is known for maintaining a keen focus on customers, colleagues, and her community while playing a key role in growing businesses during times of transformation and change.
Sara has a BComm from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. Outside of work, she volunteers on the Board of Directors for a local residents’ association and enjoys spending time with her family.
