As Chief People Officer, Sara D’Elia leads RPIA’s people and culture strategies, aligning them with the firm’s long-term vision and productivity goals. She oversees talent acquisition, development, and retention, fosters an inclusive workplace, and champions initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. Sara also guides internal communications, ensuring transparency, alignment, and connectivity across the firm. In addition, she helps shape firm-wide strategy as a member of various RPIA committees.

Sara is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in global human resources and financial services. She provides strategic guidance and support across diverse businesses, with a professional background spanning Capital Markets, Wealth, and Canadian Banking. Throughout her career, Sara has maintained a strong focus on customers, colleagues, and community while playing a key role in growing businesses during times of transformation and change.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Directors of a local residents’ association and enjoys time with her family.
