Mentorship Program

Every year, we pair junior team members with senior counterparts for mentorship. This program is beloved because it allows everyone to develop relationships across departments and learn new things.

Allyship Committee

Every month, we meet to hear presentations and engage in constructive conversations about how we can be better allies to disenfranchised groups. We also seek ways to engage with our local community through volunteer work.

Virtual Counseling

Our employees are so much more than their work, so we offer virtual counseling services to all team members to help them manage Work-From-Home and personal priorities.

Lunch & Learn Series

We have a great team of highly knowledgeable and passionate people. Our Lunch & Learn Series allows us to learn more about each other's passions and expertise in a very informative and educational lunch hour.

Social Committee

With a highly driven team, it is important to have fun. Our Social Committee comes up with fun ways to engage all employees through socials, volunteering opportunities, weekly Spotify playlists, a monthly Book Club, and much more!

Political Activities & Engagement

RPIA is committed to the informed participation of its employees in the political process and to open and honest debate.

Our employees are welcome to participate in political activities on their own time and in accordance with their individual desires and political preferences and not as a representative of RPIA. They are also expected to conduct any political activities respectfully and in good faith.

Our Code of Conduct guides us in all that we do. The Code, which is grounded in our company's values, provides basic guidelines of professional and personal conduct that all employees are expected to adopt and uphold.

Our Land Acknowledgement

In the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation, RPIA acknowledges that our offices are on the traditional territory of many nations, including the Haudenosaunee, the Wendat, the Anishnaabek, and the Mississaugas of the Credit, and this land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We gratefully acknowledge these Indigenous nations for their guardianship of this land. We'd also like to remind and reaffirm, as Torontonians and Canadians, our accountability to these Indigenous nations and to all Indigenous peoples and communities living in Toronto.

This land is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. Toronto is also part of the Dish with One Spoon Territory and Treaty between the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabek, and Mississaugas, to peaceably share and care for the land and waters in the Great Lakes region. All those who come to work here are responsible for honouring this treaty in the spirit of peace, friendship, and respect.
