Talent Spotlight
Launched in 2024, RPIA’s Spotlight Award honours employees who exemplify our values through exceptional dedication and impact. Monthly winners are celebrated at our Townhalls, and receive a wellness reward, with an annual grand prize awarded to one employee every year.
Career Pathways
In 2024, we launched personalized Employee Development Plans and a Career Pathways framework to align individual goals with firm-wide objectives and provide transparency regarding career growth within the firm. This is paired with tailored coaching and development opportunities, empowering employees to grow their skills and contribute to the firm’s success.
Productivity Sessions
We believe that continuous learning is vital for growth, productivity, and engagement. Our Productivity Sessions initiative fosters a collaborative learning culture. Through the Leadership Insights Series and Departmental Deep Dives, we connect employees with senior leaders and departmental experts to share insights and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
