As Director, People & Culture, you will provide a full range of advisory and operational services to internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting business priorities, talent initiatives, and partner-related activities. You will partner closely with business leaders across RPIA to translate business strategy into practical, integrated Human Resources solutions that strengthen people management, build organizational capability, and support long-term growth.
You will also serve as a central point of integration across people, business strategy, and partner-related priorities – anticipating organizational needs, enabling leadership effectiveness, and proactively addressing complex organizational challenges.
The ideal candidate will combine financial and strategic acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills. Success in this role will require the ability to balance forward-looking strategic planning with responsiveness to evolving business needs.
