Director - Marketing & Sales Enablement (Temp)

The Marketing & Sales Enablement team is responsible for developing and delivering RPIA’s marketing communications, content strategy, sales enablement tools, and marketing infrastructure that support distribution across institutional, retail, and private client channels. The team works closely with Client & Product Solutions, Investment Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure that the firm’s investment capabilities, market perspectives, and product strategies are effectively communicated to clients and distribution partners.

Reporting to the Co-Head of Client & Product Solutions, the Director, Marketing & Sales Enablement will lead the execution of the firm’s marketing strategy and sales enablement capabilities, ensuring that the sales organization is supported with clear messaging, high-quality marketing materials, and effective communication channels. This role will also advance the firm’s sales enablement infrastructure by developing tools, insights and analytics (including enhancements to Salesforce) that help distribution teams identify opportunities, track client engagement and focus on sales efforts. This is a critical leadership role in aligning marketing initiatives with business development priorities, strengthening the firm’s market presence, and enhancing the effectiveness of client engagement activities.

This is an 14-month contract role designed to provide leadership continuity and advance strategic marketing and enablement initiatives across the firm.
