Reporting directly to Head of Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-focused Manager, Solutions to join our growing team. This role is responsible for owning and coordinating the firm's product launch pipeline, ensuring the successful delivery of new investment products across separately managed accounts (SMAs), public mutual funds, and private pooled funds.

Working closely with Business Development, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and external service providers, the Manager, Solutions will serve as the central coordinator for launch initiatives from concept through implementation. The successful candidate will drive alignment across stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and continuously improve the firm's product launch processes and governance framework.

In addition, the role will help promote the adoption of project management and governance best practices as set out by the PMO.

Reporting directly to the Head of Solutions, the Director, Solutions will support the evolution of our investment technology ecosystem and enterprise project delivery capabilities. This role serves as the business owner for the firm’s portfolio management platform (Calypso), driving its roadmap, ongoing enhancement, and alignment with the needs of the business.

The role will also support the business delivery of key technology initiatives, including investment data platforms, order management systems (OMS), and other strategic solutions. Working closely with Portfolio Management, Trading Operations, Technology, and external partners, the successful candidate will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while strengthening project management practices across the organization.

As a Compliance Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting RPIA’s regulatory compliance program, internal controls, and risk management practices. Reporting directly to the Director, Compliance, you will work closely with the Compliance team and cross-functional partners on a variety of key compliance activities, including regulatory monitoring and filings, KYC/Suitability and AML oversight, compliance recordkeeping, policy development and maintenance, and the review of marketing materials. Your role will help strengthen RPIA’s culture of control and oversight, support adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and best practices, and enable the Compliance team to effectively manage its ongoing regulatory and compliance responsibilities.

The Finance & Operations team works closely with the Investment Management, Risk & Analytics, and Accounting teams to deliver operational and transactional support.

Reporting directly to the Director, Investment Operations, the Associate, Derivatives will be required to have strong knowledge of fixed income securities and experience in derivative operations.

As a Client Portfolio Manager (CPM), you will serve as a key investment liaison across RPIA’s client base, supporting engagement across institutional, retail, and private wealth channels. This role is designed to act as a scalable extension of the investment team – enhancing the consistency and quality of client communication while reducing the time senior Portfolio Managers spend in client-facing activities.

The CPM will partner closely with Portfolio Managers and the sales team to clearly articulate portfolio strategy, positioning, and market insights, ensuring alignment and consistency of messaging across all client segments. While highly technical and client-facing, this role does not carry portfolio management or discretionary investment responsibility. The CPM will support client coverage across all channels and ensure clear, consistent communication of portfolio strategy and positioning across the firm’s entire client base.

The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in managing North American investment-grade corporate credit portfolios across both CAD and USD mandates.

This role is best suited to an experienced buy-side portfolio manager, senior credit investor, or institutional fixed income professional who combines strong fundamental credit analysis with market insight, relative value expertise, and sound portfolio construction judgment.

As an Administrative Associate, you will play a central role in enabling the firm’s leadership to operate at peak effectiveness. In this role, you will act as a trusted and strategic partner to the leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, communications, and priorities with sound judgment and discretion.

You will be a critical conduit of information across the firm – ensuring leaders are informed, prepared, and connected – and will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-impact role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment.

As an Investment Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our Investment Accounting team, responsible for RPIA’s fund accounting function and the development and maintenance of internal controls and processes. Reporting to the Director, Investment Accounting, this role requires solid hedge fund accounting experience and expertise in advanced Excel. Your work will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, support the smooth execution of accounting operations, and contribute to the overall success and compliance of the firm.
