David joined RPIA in 2021 as Director of Retail Distribution, based in Vancouver. In this role, he focuses on business development within the IIROC dealer channel across British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

David has over 30 years of global financial services experience covering the retail and institutional buy/sell sides of the business including Goldman Sachs JBWere in New York, and BNP Paribas Investment Management in Sydney, Australia. For the past 20 plus years, David has worked in relationship management for Canadian asset managers. 

David was born and raised in Winnipeg and attended the University of Manitoba, where he graduated from the Commerce program. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2000.
