Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Partner Affairs

Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance & Partner Affairs: Own agendas for Executive Committee meetings, Partner meetings, and offsites. This includes the proactive management of action items to ensure timely completion and leadership briefings. This includes the people leadership responsibilities of the Personal Assistants.
- Relationship Management: Serve as central point of contact between the CPO and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, business heads, executive assistants and partners.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CPO to define and drive HR and people-related strategic priorities, talent initiatives, and culture-building programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Leadership & Firm-Wide Initiatives: Manage or oversee cyclical projects in coordination with the CPO that often requires cross-functional collaboration. This includes strategic reviews, annual planning cycles, and key transformation initiatives.
- Corporate Management: Ensure alignment between business functions, policies, and corporate strategy. Develop and monitor governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Corporate Communications: Work in coordination with the CPO to develop internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged. Ensure alignment of communications strategy with corporate values and culture.

- Collaboration – Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with business partners and both internal and external stakeholders. Brings a spirit of collaboration with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with peers and leaders within the organization.
- Problem Solving – Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify solutions for complex problems. This could include an understanding of how to leverage appropriate talent and resources/working committee members/subject matter experts from across the firm.
- Trusted Advisor – Provide confidential support and act as a trusted advisor on sensitive and high-priority matters.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business (Finance, Accounting or HR) or Mathematics with high academic standing
- MBA preferred
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
