Cezar joined the firm in 2021 as the Head of Information Technology. He oversees the implementation of the IT strategy and architects the ongoing development of technology innovation.

Cezar has over 15 years of experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of high-performance technology solutions for the financial services industry. He is a transformational leader who focuses on building effective teams to deliver innovative and efficient IT systems. Among his accomplishments, he designed and implemented state-of-the-art Market Surveillance systems for Canadian Bond & Equity Markets at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. He also built and developed the global IT Engineering Team at BMO Capital Markets.

Cezar holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and earned an advanced management certificate from the Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Cezar enjoys reading and watching soccer.
