Dannielle Ullrich is Principal, Chief Financial & Operating Officer at RPIA and has been a key member of the firm since its foundation. She brings her extensive experience in finance and operations to oversee and guide the firm's growth and strategic direction. Dannielle has also had a transformational impact on the firm's culture and has led numerous initiatives to nurture a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. In 2023, she was recognized for her efforts by Women in Capital Markets, earning the Transformational Leadership Award.

Over the past 30 years of her career, Dannielle has held significant roles in major Canadian pension funds, mutual funds, and insurance companies. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Investment and Fund Accounting, Performance Measurement, Compliance, Client Relations, and Technology. Throughout her career, Dannielle has been instrumental in managing and scaling complex financial operations, leading diverse teams, and implementing innovative investment strategies. 

Beyond her financial expertise, she is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusivity within the corporate world. As the DEI Lead at RPIA, Dannielle has been a driving force in transforming the firm's recruitment practices and fostering an inclusive culture. Her initiatives have significantly improved opportunities for underrepresented groups, particularly women. She is a vocal advocate for mentorship and has personally played a key role in mentoring and guiding employees at various levels of the organization to help them progress in their careers. 

Dannielle is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter holder.
