Dannielle Ullrich is Principal, Chief Operating Officer at RPIA and has been a key member of the firm since its foundation. As a member of the Executive Committee, she oversees the firm’s Finance, Compliance, Technology, and People & Culture functions, helping to shape and execute RPIA’s strategic priorities while ensuring the organization is positioned for sustainable growth. Through her strategic and operational leadership, Dannielle has played a pivotal role in scaling the firm, strengthening its infrastructure, and building the processes and culture that support its long-term success.

With nearly four decades of experience in financial services and investment management, Dannielle has held senior leadership roles across major Canadian pension funds, mutual fund organizations, and insurance companies. Her expertise spans investment operations, fund accounting, performance measurement, compliance, client service, technology, governance, and enterprise transformation. Throughout her career, she has led complex operational initiatives, guided organizations through growth and change, and implemented business and technology solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and client outcomes.

Dannielle is recognized for her leadership in building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace. A strong advocate for mentorship and professional development, she has helped cultivate talent across the organization while contributing to RPIA’s distinctive culture.

Outside of RPIA, Dannielle serves on the Board of Directors of Toronto Foundation and is a member of its Finance & Audit Committee and Investment Committee, contributing her expertise in governance, operations, and investment oversight.
