Dexin joined RPIA as a Portfolio Analyst in July 2021. In his role, he worked with the portfolio managers to integrate the risk management process and the sales team to provide analytical solutions for sophisticated prospects and clients. He transitioned to the Risk Manager role in 2023, focusing on managing headline market risks and developing tail risk mitigation strategies.
