Dexin joined RPIA as a Portfolio Analyst in 2021. He initially collaborated with portfolio managers to integrate risk management processes and partnered with the sales team to deliver analytical solutions for sophisticated clients. Currently, Dexin focuses on analyzing macro trends and constructing tail risk hedging strategies. Working closely with the CRO and Co-CIOs, he develops comprehensive toolkits designed to provide investors with efficient capital preservation solutions.

Dexin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
