Faye joined RPIA in 2021 as Manager, Operations on the Client Experience Team. In her role, Faye provides operational oversight to the Client Engagement team and is responsible for enhancing processes and procedures and help with regulatory filings.
Faye has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry holding progressive roles in client and dealer relations for both retail and institutional clients. Prior to joining RPIA, Faye was Vice President of Operations at DMAT Capital Management and Maple Rock Capital Partners where she headed the trading operations of hedge funds for five years. Prior to this, she held positions as an Assistant Manager, Investment Support at Scotiabank, Team Lead at HollisWealth, and Product Specialist at CanDeal - a Fixed Income electronic trading platform - for 12 years.
Faye has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics, and a Graduate Diploma in Economic Policy from Concordia University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Management from McGill University. She has completed her Canadian Securities Course.
