Gaelan joined the firm in 2022 as a DevOps Architect. In his role, he leads initiatives to streamline and automate development workflows, ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of the firm's line-of-business applications.

With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in designing and developing large-scale, highly transactional systems within the financial services industry. Gaelan's expertise spans multiple Information Technology domains, including networking, security, distributed system design, and cloud system architecture. Before joining RPIA, he worked as a Full Stack Developer at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, where he developed automation solutions for software deployment and a large-scale data analytics cloud platform.

Gaelan has a background in audio engineering technology. In his free time, he enjoys writing music, working in his garden, and cooking delectable meals with his family.
