Joshua joined RPIA in 2026 as the Manager of Workplace Experience & Administration. In this role, he oversees office operations and leads initiatives to enhance the employee experience, fostering an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Joshua brings a diverse background spanning workplace operations, financial analysis, and luxury hospitality. Prior to joining RPIA, he held leadership roles with global organizations, including Four Seasons and Accor, where he led cross-functional initiatives and managed large-scale operational portfolios.
Joshua holds the Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation from the International Facility Management Association, along with additional certifications in real estate and financial services. He has also completed executive education at Cornell University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring new experiences.
