Laurent-Xavier Possa joined RPIA in 2024 as Director of Retail Distribution, based in Montreal. In this role, he collaborates with his partner, Dario Pandurevic, to support and develop relationships with investment advisors across Quebec, focusing on Montreal, West Island, North Shore, and other key regions across Quebec.

Prior to joining RPIA, Laurent-Xavier spent 9 years at Mackenzie Investments, where he served as District Vice President and was recognized as one of Wealth Professional’s Top 50 Wholesalers in Canada. He built a strong network in the Montreal and Outaouais regions, delivering consistent support to advisors.

Laurent-Xavier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the École de Gestion de l'Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (EGUQTR). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and skiing.
