Matthias Descamps
Business Development Manager
Matthias joined RPIA Capital Management in 2026 as a Business Development Manager. In this role, he focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with investment advisors across Quebec.
Prior to joining RPIA, Matthias was an Associate in the Global Client Group at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he supported Regional Directors in building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors across the Canadian wealth management channel.
Matthias holds a Master of Science from Bocconi University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Bishop’s University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and skiing.
