Mira joined RPIA in 2023 and serves as Chief Solutions Officer. She leads strategic firmwide initiatives and infrastructure projects that support operational scalability, client platform development, and organizational effectiveness. She is a member of the firm's Management Committee and Leadership Team.

Mira is a seasoned financial services professional with a proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and organizational transformation. She brings more than 30 years of industry experience and has held executive leadership roles at Onex, Gluskin Sheff, and Fiera Capital.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
