Ozioma exercises her passion for people and her strong interpersonal skills in her role as Manager, Workplace Experience, which she began in 2022. In this new role, Ozioma is instrumental in shaping the overall employee and client experience at RPIA, integrating elements such as the physical workplace and technology with initiatives that enrich the work environment and foster employee development to nurture a vibrant, inclusive culture. In 2023, Ozioma's dedication and impact were recognized when she was honored with the Women in Capital Markets' (WCM) Rising Star Leadership Award.
Ozioma joined RPIA in 2018 as Corporate Concierge and then moved on to the role of Administrative Assistant, where she supported RPIA's Chief Investment Officer, Chairman, and the Portfolio Management Team. In 2021, she completed her Canadian Securities Course and joined the Client Engagement team as an Associate where she was responsible for resolving client inquiries, preparing client performance reports, and producing internal metrics reports.
Ozioma has been a member of RPIA's ESG Committee since 2020 and has a keen interest in social issues. Outside of work, she is a university mentor for Women in Capital Markets and is engaged in various initiatives that help develop and empower young women. Ozioma holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto, where she studied Philosophy, Political Science, and African Studies.
