Sijing joined RPIA in 2022 as Manager, Risk & Analytics. In her role, she works toward enhancing processes to support investment decisions and investment risk monitoring, improve the reliability and scalability of operations across the firm, and build enterprise risk management to manage the entire scope of the firm’s risks more effectively. 

Prior to joining RPIA, Sijing had various experiences within the industry. She worked on investment solutions and implementation and rebalancing of portfolios at Fiera Capital, and also on trading floor market risk at CIBC Capital Markets. 

Sijing holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in financial risk management from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a CFA® charterholder, a CAIA charterholder, and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
