Teo joined RPIA in 2022 and currently serves as Manager of IT Support within the Technology team. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s technology infrastructure and delivering seamless IT support across the organization.

With over a decade of IT experience, Teo brings a solution-focused, innovation-driven approach to his work, enhancing both systems and user experiences. Prior to RPIA, he held IT roles at Amica Senior Lifestyles, CIRO, Harman BMW, and Groupe Renault.

Teo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, hiking, and exploring new places through travel.
