Tsvetan Dobrev joined RPIA in 2024 and currently serves as Director, Information Security, overseeing the firm's cybersecurity strategy and operations.

He is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading security programs across regulated industries. Tsvetan brings a strong track record in security operations, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and risk management.

Throughout his career, he has led both internal and consulting teams, developed security strategies from the ground up, and guided organizations through complex threat landscapes. He holds a CISSP certification and a Master's in Computer Science and Technologies.

With deep technical expertise and a pragmatic leadership style, Tsvetan helps organizations strengthen their cyber resilience while aligning security with business objectives.
