Tushar joined RPIA in 2017 and is currently a Director on the Compliance Team. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing various aspects of RPIA’s regulatory compliance program, focusing on investment compliance and ESG oversight. He
develops and reviews internal policies and procedures that ensure compliance with securities laws and other applicable laws and regulations.
Tushar has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining RPIA, Tushar worked at Caceis in the fund administration department and held progressive roles at Morgan Stanley, where he managed the Fixed Income E-trading and Research Entitlements Team for North American markets.
Tushar graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Annamalai University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis (India). He is an avid photographer and enjoys spending his free time photographing the streets of Toronto and spending time with his family.
