Director - Marketing & Sales Enablement (Temp)

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the firm’s marketing strategy and sales enablement initiatives in alignment with distribution priorities across institutional, retail, and private client
- Oversee the firm’s marketing infrastructure and tools, including Salesforce and other platforms that support marketing, analytics, and sales This includes driving ongoing enhancements (improving data capture, analytics, dashboards, and insight generation to support sales effectiveness and inform distribution strategy).
- Translate investment capabilities and market insights into clear, compelling messaging, positioning, and thought leadership that supports client engagement and business
- Oversee the development and delivery of marketing materials, client communications, and sales enablement tools that support the distribution teams and ensure consistent messaging across client channels.
- Provide strategic oversight of the firm’s content and communications strategy, including publications, market commentary, digital communications, and executive messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and client-facing
- Lead the firm’s brand evolution initiative, overseeing the development and rollout of an updated brand platform, visual identity, and messaging framework to strengthen market positioning and ensure consistency across all client-facing communications.
- Oversee marketing initiatives that support product commercialization, including go-to-market strategies, product launches, and ongoing product positioning.
- Lead the firm’s events strategy, ensuring conferences, client events, and sponsorship initiatives support business development and strengthen the firm’s market
- Establish and monitor key marketing metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client engagement, and alignment with business growth
- Provide leadership and direction to the Marketing & Sales Enablement team, ensuring effective prioritization, collaboration, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership, investment teams, and distribution leaders to ensure marketing initiatives support the firm’s strategic priorities and evolving market
- Ensure marketing communications adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing and sales enablement strategies.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing marketing or communications teams in a complex organization.
- Deep understanding of marketing within the asset management or financial services industry.
- Ability to synthesize investment insights into clear and compelling client
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform marketing strategy and measure impact.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation
- Highly collaborative with the ability to partner effectively across investment, product, and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing, communications, or sales enablement within asset management or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives that support distribution and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of institutional and wealth management distribution channels
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional
- Post-secondary education required; MBA, CFA, or related professional designation considered an asset.
