Sara D’Elia is Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at RPIA, where she provides leadership across People & Culture, organizational effectiveness, workplace operations, administration, and partner engagement initiatives. 

Sara is responsible for advancing the firm’s people strategy and organizational capabilities in support of RPIA’s long-term growth and evolution. She works closely with leadership across the organization to strengthen culture, leadership development, talent strategy, workforce planning, and operational alignment, ensuring the firm’s people, processes, and infrastructure continue to evolve alongside the business. 

In addition to leading the People & Culture function, Sara oversees Workplace Experience, Administration, and Partner Engagement initiatives, supporting an integrated approach to employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and firm-wide collaboration.

Prior to joining RPIA, Sara held senior Human Resources leadership roles at CIBC, where she led HR advisory teams supporting Retail Distribution, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior leadership positions at TD and began her career in Capital Markets at RBC.
