As the Bilingual Communications Associate, you will be responsible for managing all of RPIA’s French content, both externally and internally to ensure compliance with Bill-96 requirements and to offer a seamless experience for our Francophone audiences. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of our French marketing materials and internal communications through strong language skills. This role is instrumental in fostering strong relationships with investors based in Quebec and in ensuring RPIA is compliant with all applicable regulations.
As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role on our Portfolio Management team. You will actively manage a portfolio of high-yield corporate bonds, form credit views on companies and sectors, identify mispriced/attractive securities, and find value in both the primary and secondary markets. Reporting directly to the Co-Chief Investment Officer, you will focus on the global high-yield market, bank capital, and other capital structure arbitrage opportunities.

This role possesses a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in addition to strong organization skills. We are looking for someone who can determine and modify their priorities independently while maintaining a focused and calm demeanor. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the advisor sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Distribution, you will engage in proactive outreach, develop strategic sales campaigns, and secure future meetings to expand client relationships. Your role involves delivering exceptional service and product support while understanding client needs to enhance partnerships.
As an Associate, Client Relations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to Investment Advisors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience. By managing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and maintaining data integrity, you will help strengthen RPIA’s client relationships and uphold service excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Relations, your role will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing advisor interactions, and contributing to a well-managed and responsive support function.
