As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the advisor sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Distribution, you will engage in proactive outreach, develop strategic sales campaigns, and secure future meetings to expand client relationships. Your role involves delivering exceptional service and product support while understanding client needs to enhance partnerships.
As an Associate, Client Relations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to Investment Advisors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience. By managing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and maintaining data integrity, you will help strengthen RPIA’s client relationships and uphold service excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Relations, your role will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing advisor interactions, and contributing to a well-managed and responsive support function.
